What’s your strategy to overcome jet lag?

I do my best to find long-haul flights that depart in the evening, so that I feel rested when I land no matter where I am in the world! What has worked well for me consistently is to push through the first full day and try to get plenty of sunlight to adjust as soon as possible to the local time-zone. One of my current favorite jet lag weapons is intermittent fasting to help my body clock adjust faster.
