The twenty-eight suites are very spacious and ideal for guests who want to hide away in TriBeCa. Comprised of half of the top floor of our Hotel, the Empire Suite truly offers the ultimate New York suite experience. The open-concept, light-filled living area has plenty of space to host a small reception or dine with up to ten guests. An office, media room, kitchen and spa-inspired master bathroom make this one cushy stay.

Four Seasons New York Downtown has a seventy-five foot heated indoor lap pool. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of New York's downtown.

On top of weight-training and cardio equipment, the hotel also offers high-energy fitness sessions like Power Pilates and Downtown Boxing and Aqua Fit that are geared to get people results fast. Kids part of your equation? The hotel also has prenatal and postnatal stretching sessions, as well as “Mini and Me” parent-child sessions that focus on dance, healthy habits, and core movements. Yoga enthusiasts should try out the hatha and vinyasa yoga classes in their bright and airy studios, or a Deep Stretch session that releases tension and lengthens muscles.

The Spa offers seven treatment rooms that give guests a secluded reprieve away from the city's buzzing streets. The couple's suite creates an intimate setting for two, with soothing décor and a menu of experiences created by Swiss beauty expert Dr. Burgener and Omorovicza, a partner located in the International Spa City of Budapest.
