Cienfuegos is our personal favorite, spotlighting a simple land and sea menu inspired by Argentinian asado and Korean BBQ cooked over a dried coconut husk-based fire with a Costa Rican horse show to keep guests entertained. The Hacienda team also serves up customized cocktails that are infused with freshly harvested fruits and flowers from El Cultivo – the chef's on-property garden.
