Be sure to visit "The Baths!" This iconic British Virgin Islands rock formation allows visitors to hike through caves, discover rock pools, see secret beach and climb on giant boulders. So much fun!
There are seven secluded beaches on Virgin Gorda, several of which can only be accessed by sea. Unique in character, the remote beaches offer a range of snorkeling opportunities, sunset views, levels of privacy and varieties of sand. On request, the resort transports guests via water taxi to the beach of their choice, where they can spend a few hours exploring the sands and surf. An umbrella, towels and snorkel equipment are provided, and the resort’s chefs can prepare a gourmet picnic lunch to bring along.

Nestled amid the unspoiled landscape, sensibly sophisticated rooms focus on light-filled spaces and outdoor living areas. Room interiors are composed of crisp, clean lines, layers of texture, organic forms and natural materials such as wood and stone. Open, light-filled spaces and inviting outdoor living areas accentuate the connection with the island’s lush tropical landscape.

The rooms and suites are nestled discreetly amongst the manicured gardens and shaded footpaths that edge the resort’s pristine crescent beach, while the villas offer unmatched privacy on the beach or on the hillside above the bay. All accommodations enjoy ocean views and dedicated butler service.

There are two pools at the resort - the Pavilion Pool and the Spa Infinity Pool. The Pavilion Pool offers beachfront swimming and a central place to relax. The Spa Infinity Pool is located at the heart of the resort’s cliffside sanctuary, and is a serene oasis that seemingly blends into the Caribbean Sea.

The fitness center features state-of-the-art cardiovascular machines, including treadmills, Stairmasters and Life Cycles in addition to Cybex weight machines and free weights. Chilled water, towels and fresh fruit are provided for guests’ comfort, and a dedicated personal trainer is on hand to lend expert guidance. Additionally, the resort offers a variety of wellness classes throughout the week.

The spa features a stunning two-tier infinity pool, outdoor relaxation areas and a hilltop yoga platform with 25-mile panoramic views of the sea. Eight treatment rooms are set along footpaths which meander through the spa’s lush tropical gardens, including an exclusive Cliff Spa Suite designed for couples. All rooms feature private terraces and windows that open to the hypnotic rhythm of ocean waves.

Rosewood Little Dix Bay's three restaurants all offer beachfront dining in a relaxed setting. Menus are primarily focused around fresh seafood, and dishes inspired by the culinary heritage of the BVI. Ingredients are freshly sourced to provide the highest quality ingredients that will awaken the palette to the simple yet bold flavors of Virgin Gorda. The Sugar Mill Restaurant Bar is an intimate beachside lounge that serves handcrafted, artisanal cocktails.
