Seasonal dining overlooking the reserve
Breakfast is served on the lawn overlooking a watering hole where wildlife gathers throughout the day. Afternoon tea on the terrace features freshly baked scones, tarts, and delicate sandwiches, continuing a tradition associated with the Victoria Falls region for more than 150 years. In the evening, guests can enjoy a sophisticated menu showcasing local specialties such as Zambezi crayfish and venison, complemented by produce from the garden and carefully selected wines. Private meals may also be arranged in the wine cellar alongside South African wines.
Located on the lower level of the 1871 Restaurant, the intimate bar provides a relaxed setting for pre-dinner drinks. Many guests gravitate to the outdoor deck, where views of the reserve create opportunities for birdwatching and wildlife spotting throughout the day.
