Accommodations

Evoking a stylish Parisian pied-à-terre vibe.

Spacious, sun-drenched, and designed with residential flair by Martin Brudnizki, the guest rooms and suites evoke a stylish Parisian pied-à-terre. Dressed in an unmistakably French palette of lavender and almond green, they feature Art Deco–inspired furniture, original artwork, parquet floors, whimsical Toile de Jouy wallpaper, and decadent marble baths. With large windows that open onto inspiring city views, the accommodations, including six Terrace Suites, are sumptuously furnished and generously sized. Each comes with a magnificent private terrace that invites indoor-outdoor living and provides breathtaking views of the city. Curators have chosen artworks for each suite that subtly merge influences from Paris and New York and emulate the holdings of a private collector.
Pool + Gym

Poolside, perfected.

The indoor hydrotherapy pool in Spa Diane Barriere is for guests aged eighteen or older. Children twelve years and older must be accompanied by an adult. The large, state-of-the-art fitness center is operated by DogPound, the cult Tribeca-based gym renowned for its personal trainers. Work out on cutting-edge Technogym equipment or schedule a one-on-one private workout session. DOGPOUND personal trainers are available for a minimum hourly fee.

Spa

A haven away from the city commotion.

Dedicated to beauty, tranquility, and well-being, Le Spa at Fouquet's New York is a peaceful haven away from the commotion of the city. The partnership with Biologique Recherche, a cult skincare brand based in Paris, allows the spa to personalize treatments to each guest’s specific objectives and needs. They also work with leading French beauty and wellness brands, including Les Huilettes, Manucurist, and Le Rouge Français. Located at the heart of the hotel, the spa’s facilities include five treatment rooms (including one for couples), a sauna and steam room, and an indoor hydrotherapy pool.

Restaurant + Bar

A tribute to Parisian dining.

Brasserie Fouquet's is a tribute to the original Fouquet’s on the Champs-Élysées, with red velvet armchairs, black and white portraits of film stars, and refined dishes that reflect French culinary heritage and the gastronomic genius of Chef Pierre Gagnaire. Signature dishes include French Onion Soup & Dover Sole Meuniere.

Élysée's ushers in a bistro-style interpretation of Mediterranean fare. Featuring a menu drawing from the Southern coasts of Italy and France, it embraces the elegantly relaxed European lifestyle in the Tribeca courtyard, inviting you to sit amongst lush olive trees and enjoy seasonal delights.

With its candlelit tables, exclusive ambiance, and dazzling interiors, Titsou Bar evokes Paris in the 1920s and 1930s. Named in homage to Lucien Barrière — the founder of Groupe Barrière, affectionately called "Titsou'' by his daughter Diane — the bar is the setting for private tête-à-têtes and buzzing New York soirées, drawing inspiration from Bar Marta, the famed speakeasy at Hôtel Barrière Fouquet’s Paris. At the marble-topped bar, lit by Art Deco–style lamps, the bartenders mix innovative cocktails that will awaken the senses and spark your curiosity, offering the promise of lively conversations and memorable evenings. Yry signature OH-LA-LA cocktail made with Casamigo Reposado, Passion fruit, Green Chartreuse, Sage, Lime, Chili, Egg White, and Yuzu Soda.
