Property Overview

Opened in 2021, Vico Milano is the passion project of Neri Baccheschi Berti, who transformed his mother’s former fashion studio into a seven-room ultra-boutique retreat in the heart of Milan. Like its sister property, Castello di Vicarello, the hotel is deeply rooted in family and personal storytelling. Tucked just moments from the Duomo and Via Tortona, Vico offers a discreet, design-driven stay in one of the city’s most coveted neighborhoods. Sicilian architect Giuseppe Alito collaborated with Neri to bring the vision to life, designing bespoke furnishings handcrafted by artisans in Tuscany and Sicily. Interiors reflect Neri’s global influences, with handmade tiles from Fez, green marble from Tinos, pink Siena marble, and statement lighting from the Coordinates Collection by Michael Anastassiades for FLOS. Vintage design pieces, Moroccan carpets, and Italian rattan accents complete the aesthetic, resulting in a refined, residential-style retreat that feels entirely unique to Milan.
