From sushi and sashimi to seafood barbecues on the beach.
Local seafood is served as sushi and sashimi at Tai, the resort's Japanese restaurant, open in the evenings. Madi's all-day dining celebrates flavor and freshness, with beach barbecues, healthy salads, and COMO cuisine classics. Healthy COMO Shambhala Kitchen menus are also available in-room. Madi's easy, all-day dining menus expand into themed events three days a week. Monday nights explore the Indian Ocean's characteristic sweet, sour, hot, and salty flavors, while Wednesdays feature either a Thai or Indonesian menu with delicious curries, soups, and salads. The week ends with a seafood barbecue every Friday night, where you can enjoy dinner while watching the stars rise above the lagoon. Tai showcases sustainable seafood from the Indian Ocean prepared with Japanese techniques. Dishes include sushi rolls, tempura, fish and steak cooked over charcoal, noodles, and rice. Tai also serves Japanese whiskies, soju, shochu, and umeshu.
Thila serves cuisine from Madi, as well as beverages around a warmly lit angular bar. Cocktails include classics alongside island creations with notes of lemongrass, basil, honey melon, and more. Non-alcoholic options are just as artful, with mocktails crafted to match.
