The fifty-five-foot indoor pool is set within the property's serene spa, with large windows letting in plenty of natural light and capturing views of the surrounding gardens and woods. Outside, a fifty-foot pool is nestled amidst the estate's greenery, a peaceful oasis for swims in the fresh air and taking in the scenic landscapes.

Pilates, Yoga, Water Aerobics or Outdoor Bootcamp... Prepare for Summer at Cowley Manor Experimental. The majority of classes will start taking place outdoors as soon as the weather allows this Spring 2024. Classes are £8.00 per session for Spa Members & Hotel Residents (£12 otherwise)
