The menu at Grands Boulevards is conceived in collaboration with chef Giovanni Passerini, revisiting the classics of French and Italian country cooking, with some of the vegetables picked fresh from the hotel's own garden.
The Shell on the ground floor serves signature Experimental Cocktail Club cocktails, while The Shed sits perched on the rooftop, a hidden retreat above the Grands Boulevards and ideal for a moment of calm in the middle of the city, drink in hand.
