Terrazzo floors and marble accents.

The hotel has thirty-two comfortable rooms bathed in natural light, some with views of the Canale della Giudecca from the Palazzo’s front, others overlooking the property's secret garden in the back. Designer Dorothée Meilichzon focused on creating a signature Venetian experience, with city-like terrazzo floors and dramatic marble accents. The bathrooms are equally as stylish, featuring black marble trim, hand-glazed tiles, and a selection of high-end toiletries.
Restaurant + Bar

A creative Venetian experience.

Adriatica Restaurant offers something for locals as well as visitors to Venice, with a strong focus on seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients for the menu. Under the guidance of chef Denis Begiqi, the dishes here embrace all that is Venetian, offering a taste of Italy that's creative, innovative, and authentic. The Experimental Cocktail Club on the ground floor is the ideal place to relax with a drink after a day exploring Venice on foot and by canal. The tailor-made cocktails and mocktails are world-class, enjoyed at the bar or in one of the soft sofas scattered around the room. Order the usual, or let the expert bartenders show off and demonstrate their creative flair for making drinks.
  • Vibe
Beautiful, rich, and artful, Il Palazzo perfectly reflects the unique city outside.
  • Who's it for?
We'd recommend Il Palazzo for travelers who want to experience Venice like a local, whether that's couples, culture seekers, and anyone looking to get beyond the well-worn tourist trail. The secret garden and canal views don't hurt either, and it's far enough away from the tourist buzz to make you feel like you're a part of the city's pulse.
  • Location
Il Palazzo is located in the Dorsoduro neighborhood of Venice, slightly off the main tourist path. That gives it a bit more of an authentic feel, and you won't be missing out on highlights either, as the Galleria dell’Accademia and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection are right here as well. On foot, the famous St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge are about twenty minutes away.
