Andalusian dining at its best.
The headline act is Alevante, the hotel's two-Michelin-starred restaurant, where chef Ángel León pays tribute to the sea through inventive, boundary-pushing dishes that have earned him a Repsol Sun alongside his stars. For something more grounded, Entrevientos puts live fire at the center, with Head Chef Joaquín Lobón working with fresh fish, matured meat, and seasonal vegetables, the embers doing much of the talking. When the mood calls for something more casual, Duna Beach Club brings local flavors, music, and a sea breeze to the shoreline. El Patio rounds things out with a buffet breakfast and dinner in an Andalusian-style courtyard, with show cooking and live music on the terrace.
Don Fernando anchors the dining offering with a traditional menu of seasonal fish and meat, complemented by haute cuisine tapas in summer and a strong wine list. Up on the rooftop, Entrecielos Raw Bar pairs sky and sea views with a raw bar menu, signature cocktails, and a carefully considered wine selection, with sunset views galore. By the main pool, the Pool Bar keeps things easy with fresh juices, smoothies, and light snacks beneath white sunshades.
