Tenuta di Artimino offers two distinct dining experiences to choose from. Biagio Pignatta Cucina & Vino serves contemporary Tuscan cooking with local ingredients and estate-produced wines in a warm, welcoming setting. Down in the historic wine cellars of the Medici Villa, La Cantina del Redi offers a more intimate atmosphere, well-suited for private dinners, wine tastings, and special occasions.
The Wine Bar is the place to work through the estate's own labels – Carmignano DOCG and Chianti Montalbano among them – with sommeliers on hand to guide the way. The Pool Bar keeps things lighter, serving snacks and drinks poolside daily from nine-thirty in the morning until six in the evening.
