Uma Bar spills out from a cool lounge area beside the pool, open from ten in the morning until eleven at night. The bartenders specialize in both cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks like smoothies and fresh-pressed fruit juices. Throughout the day they serve fine wines, Champagnes, and their signature Martinis, in addition to light meals. Great background music sets the simple, easy-going vibe, making it a natural spot to settle into for the afternoon.
