Half Moon offers three distinctive resort experiences to choose from. Founders Cove features 153 elegantly appointed rooms, with one- and two-bedroom suites that exude old-world charm. The Eclipse offers fifty-seven ocean-facing rooms and suites, with interiors that are warm and modern, combining outdoor living spaces and phenomenal views. Finally, the Villas at Half Moon are the traditional, multi-bedroom retreats, ranging from five to seven bedrooms that come with a staff, private pools, and two six-seater golf carts to get around.

Signature restaurant Delmare is recognized among the island's most memorable dining experiences. Sugar Mill, scheduled to reopen on October 15, 2026, holds a special place in Half Moon's culinary story. A selection of menu items honors the memory of longtime manager Solomon Gardner, with dishes inspired by his legacy. From a cold Red Stripe on the beach to a rum-infused cocktail at sundown, drinks are never far away thanks to Half Moon's eight bars and attentive beach service. The place to settle in for the evening is Lester's Bar, where the signature Junkanoo Sour is reason enough to pull up a stool. Vibrant, smoky, and layered with warmth, the cocktail blends Appleton Estate Signature Blend, Disaronno Amaretto, fresh lime, cold-pressed pineapple juice, Angostura bitters, and a flamed cinnamon finish. Inspired by Junkanoo, the bold, expressive painting by Michael Lester displayed above the bar, it captures the spirit of Jamaica's cultural celebrations while reflecting the sophistication of its surroundings.
