The property has two different accommodation areas: thirty-eight rooms at the Medieval Village, a classic experience located within a one-thousand-year-old village (more suitable for adults, honeymooners, couples, or families with kids), and twenty rooms at the Countryside, a more intimate and private area that offers contemporary, large suites (more suitable for couples, families with babies or kids, and small groups).

In addition, the estate has three villas. The ten-bedroom Villa Il Borro is located in the heart of the estate. The Historic Dimora Il Borro is a large and elegant building that dominates the Medieval Village. It includes en-suite bathrooms, a conference room, a dining room, a study, a heated indoor pool, a gym, a billiards room, and a sauna. The Villa is an exclusive place for VIPs, large families, events, and meetings.

The five-bedroom Villa Mulino is two miles away from the Il Borro estate. Staying at Villa Mulino means enjoying a relaxing and intimate vacation experience, fully immersed in nature and the soothing sound of the river flowing nearby. Mulino includes the main villa, built upon the remains of an ancient water mill, and a large outbuilding, which makes it ideal for medium and long-term stays with family or friends.

The four-bedroom Villa Casetta is two miles away from Il Borro estate. Villa Casetta offers the most authentic holiday experience in Tuscany; it is immersed in a large garden and surrounded by Merlot vineyards. Villa Casetta has a special atmosphere, where time is marked by the light of the sun.

In keeping with the philosophy of Il Borro, the Estate’s cuisine, under the guidance of Executive Chef Andrea Campani, is directly linked to the idea of respecting the territory, where the quality and freshness of ingredients are the very foundation of menus devoted exclusively to exalting Tuscan excellence. Special attention is paid to ingredients, always fresh and seasonal, such as vegetables that come from Il Borro’s organic garden or meats, cheeses, and fish that are sourced from carefully selected local producers. The three restaurants are Osteria del Borro for fine dining, the Tuscan Bistro, and the Pomario pizzeria. Three bars include Vin Café at the Medieval Village, the Borro Bar in the Courtyard area, and the Pomario in the Countryside area.
