The Experimental Group got its start as a cocktail bar in Paris in 2007, and that expertise shows. The bar menu features handcrafted cocktails using locally sourced ingredients alongside the group's classic recipes, best enjoyed from a sunbed with the idyllic Menorcan landscape as a backdrop.
