Paradise Beach Nevis is a supremely private villa resort set directly on the beach, next door to the Four Seasons in Nevis. Eight three- and four-bedroom villas and five two-bedroom beach houses are spread across sixteen acres, keeping maximum occupancy to eighty guests, meaning space and privacy are always in generous supply. The villas feature four-poster beds, indoor and outdoor showers, fully equipped open-plan kitchens, and living areas with vaulted ceilings and sliding glass walls that open onto private walled gardens and pebble-lined pools. The two-bedroom beach houses are perched on stilts above the sand, with open-plan living areas that spill onto oversized decks with private plunge pools and sweeping ocean views toward the neighboring island.

Every villa and beach house features a fully equipped kitchen and a generous open-plan lounge and dining area with bifold doors that fold away entirely, blurring the line between inside and out. Most master suites feature California king four-poster beds and bathrooms with both indoor and outdoor showers, while the downstairs master in the three-bedroom villas offers a sunken tub in place of the outdoor shower.

Every villa and beach house at Paradise Beach Nevis comes with its own private pool – no sharing required. If you're looking for something more structured than dips in your private pool, the resort's gym opened in mid-2024 and features a full suite of Peloton equipment – bikes, treadmills, and rowing machines – alongside free weights and a dedicated yoga studio.
Restaurant + Bar

James Bar and Eden Restaurant sit side by side on the beach, reserved exclusively for Paradise Beach guests. Eden serves breakfast and lunch daily, with dinner on select evenings. And for something more intimate, private in-villa dining with a personal chef is available for special occasions. Cooking classes can also be arranged for those who'd rather learn the secrets than simply enjoy them. James Bar is reserved exclusively for Paradise Beach guests, serving a wide range of Caribbean-inspired cocktails alongside all the classics. The Rum Punch Special is not to be missed!
