Le Terrazze sits on the fifth floor, where Chef Alessandro Fiacco serves Mediterranean cuisine with a distinctly Roman sensibility. His love for local ingredients and tradition shine through on the menu, with a commitment to making everything in-house. The wine list doubles as a tour of Italy, with bottles sourced from regions across the country. Indoor and outdoor seating is available, and the terrace is softly lit and framed by greenery, looking out over the Roman rooftops. Open to outside guests as well as hotel visitors.
Jim's Bar sits open to the starry Roman sky, with rooftop views that make it a destination in its own right. Bar Manager Federica Geirola has designed the cocktail menu around the spirit of the 1920s, offering signature and classic drinks with a vintage sensibility. We especially love the "Un'ora Sola," a light, sparkling mix of Bombay Sapphire, lime juice, soda, basil, and homemade syrup.
