For year-round swimming, the mineral pool on The Spa patio is available whatever the season. The Spa at Southall draws directly from the farm, with treatments built around botanicals and natural ingredients grown and sourced on the property, rooted in a mix of ancient techniques and modern therapies. The facility itself is well-appointed: eight treatment rooms, two suites, a steam room, sauna, and relaxation lounge, plus an outdoor mineral pool overlooking Lake Mishkin and a medicinal herb garden. After your treatment, salads, smoothies, and fresh juices can be enjoyed beside Lucas Garden, surrounded by fragrant herbs and blooms.
Restaurant + Bar

The region's freshest, seasonal fare.

At Southall, there are two distinct dining personalities, but both with a strong focus on fresh, seasonal fare, honoring the bounty of ingredients on offer in the surrounding region. Sojourner offers casual farm-to-table dining with ingredients grown steps from the kitchen. January, the signature restaurant, takes a more refined approach, sourcing from Southall's own farms and nearby purveyors, open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday. In-room dining is just as great; particularly the fresh egg dishes and fruit and vegetable smoothies.

The bar at Southall is an intimate space built around seasonal signature cocktails, most ingredients drawn straight from the gardens, alongside an expansive wine cellar and a well-curated selection of bourbon and whiskey.
