For something more secluded, the Hidden Pool offers a genuinely quiet escape with no music or programming. UNICO 20°87° has five distinct dining options, all built around locally sourced ingredients with a diverse range of international influences. Mi Carisa is the most formal of the group, a fine-dining take on coastal Italian cuisine, open for breakfast and dinner. Cueva Siete draws on Mayan mythology and Yucatecan tradition for a menu rooted in Mexican flavors, open for dinner. Mura House brings together teppanyaki, yakitori, and sushi for a Japanese-focused dinner menu with a balance of tradition and creativity. The 20.87 Restaurant is the casual beachside option, open for all three meals, while Café Inez serves as the property's all-day European-style café from early morning through midnight. Plant-based and vegan options are available across all restaurants, and twenty-four-hour room service rounds out the dining offering.
