A remnant of the building’s former life, including as the Department of Education’s informal art gallery, a series of overhead copper-lined heritage lanterns illuminate the wellness space with natural light. Facilities include the Auriga Spa for immersive treatments for couples and individuals, a heated indoor swimming pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and changing rooms with steam, sauna, and sensory showers.

Recently awarded two chef’s hats by the Australian Good Food Guide, signature restaurant Brasserie 1930 delivers an elevated dining experience in consultation with The Bentley Group. Featuring modern brasserie classics and an extensive wine list, the menu celebrates the best in Australian produce, highlighting small-batch farmers and growers, with cooking methods drawing upon age-old techniques such as curing, smoking, fermenting, preserving, and pickling. Brasserie 1930 is open for breakfast, exclusive to in-house guests, from six-thirty in the morning until ten at night, and to the public from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch from noon to three in the afternoon and for dinner from six to ten at night. The Bar serves famous cocktails from "The Magnificent Twelve," a period of time between the mid-nineteenth century and mid-twentieth century, when a curated selection of cocktails was meant to cater to every taste.
