Nicole’s passion for travel began at an early age, inspired by parents who taught her that the most standout memories are made while exploring the world together. That passion led her to pursue a degree in tourism, knowing she wanted to build a career in an industry she genuinely loved. Today, Nicole specializes in creating completely personalized journeys, carefully designing every itinerary around her clients’ interests, travel styles, and personal preferences. She believes that no two trips should ever be the same and focuses on creating experiences tailored to each traveler.

Nicole is passionate about experiencing destinations like a local, discovering hidden gems, and finding unique restaurants and places that many travelers miss or would never come across. Rather than following trends or recommending what’s popular on social media, she shares firsthand recommendations and authentic experiences that make every journey unique. Known for her attention to detail and exceptional client service, Nicole is dedicated to making every trip seamless from beginning to end. She loves adding thoughtful surprises throughout her clients’ journeys and believes that it is the little details that turn a great trip into an unforgettable one. Her clients know they can count on her to be available whenever they need support—whether that’s before, during, or after their travels.

What has been your most memorable travel experience to date?

One of the hardest questions for me is choosing my most memorable travel experience because I’ve been fortunate to visit so many incredible places around the world. However, if I had to choose just one, it would undoubtedly be trekking to see the mountain gorillas in Rwanda. It is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience that is impossible to describe until you live it yourself. There is something incredibly moving about hiking through the rainforest and finally coming face to face with these magnificent animals in their natural habitat. What amazed me the most was how similar they are to us. Watching the way they interact with one another, care for their families, and simply exist in the wild was both humbling and unforgettable. Being surrounded by untouched nature, with the breathtaking backdrop of Rwanda’s volcanoes, made the experience even more magical. It reminded me why I love to travel: to connect with places, wildlife, and cultures in a meaningful way.

How do you prepare for your trips?

I consider myself a very organized traveler, and I think that is one of the reasons I love working in the travel industry. Planning a trip is part of the experience for me, and I genuinely enjoy every step of the process. Several months before I travel, I start researching the destination, reading articles, talking to other travelers, and asking for firsthand recommendations. I pay special attention to finding unique restaurants, hidden gems, and experiences that I don’t want to miss. About a month before my trip, I make all of my restaurant reservations and secure any special activities or experiences that require advance booking. A few days before departure, I check the weather forecast and review my itinerary carefully so I know exactly what to pack, whether it’s hiking gear, elegant outfits for dinners, or comfortable clothes for exploring. When it comes to packing, I am extremely organized. I create a day-by-day packing list and plan every outfit in advance.

Travel Tip

  • Travel with curiosity, not just an itinerary. Some of the most unforgettable moments happen when you step off the beaten path and experience a destination through the eyes of the locals. Don't try to see everything. Instead, slow down, embrace the unexpected, and focus on creating meaningful experiences. Those are the memories that stay with you long after you return home.
