Michael Foley Joins SmartFlyer as Director of Global Products

A new chapter in SmartFlyer’s global partnerships strategy.

New York, NY (July 28, 2026) At SmartFlyer, our greatest strength has always been the relationships we build over time, with our advisors, our partners, and the destinations and brands that make exceptional travel possible. As our global footprint continues to grow, so does our investment in the people shaping what comes next.

Today, we’re pleased to welcome Michael Foley as Director of Global Products, reflecting the growing scope of SmartFlyer’s global product and partnership strategy as the company expands.

The team shapes SmartFlyer’s global offering, building relationships with hotels, cruise lines, destinations, and experience partners so advisors can create exceptional journeys for their clients. Michael leads the team whose combined expertise spans partnerships, cruise, advisor engagement, and product strategy.

Michael has spent his career bringing people together, and his experience, perspective, and collaborative approach make him the right person to help lead this next chapter.

Erina Pindar, Managing Partner and COO of SmartFlyer said:
One of the things I’ve always admired about Michael is that he’s never approached this industry through a single lens. He’s built his career by understanding how every part of the travel ecosystem connects. Whether you’re a destination, a hotel, a travel advisor, or a partner, he understands what matters because he’s spent his career listening, learning, and building trust across every corner of the business.

As SmartFlyer continues to grow, we saw an opportunity to further evolve our Global Products function. We were looking for someone who could help shape our long-term product strategy while strengthening the partnerships that define our business. Michael has spent his career bringing people together, and his experience, perspective, and collaborative approach make him the right person to help lead this next chapter.

Michael Foley, Director of Global Products said:
After two decades across destination management, tour operators, cruise, and luxury hospitality, the opportunity to tie these experiences together and support one of the industry’s most respected advisor communities felt like the right next step. I’ve long admired the strength of SmartFlyer’s advisor community and the genuine relationships it has built throughout the industry. I’m excited to help shape the next generation of partnerships and experiences that allow our advisors and their clients to explore the world in extraordinary ways.
