Stephanie Northen Los Angeles 2 Years of Experience Specialties Adventure, Family Travel, Food & Wine

Bringing fifteen years of high-level entertainment publicity experience to travel advising, Stephanie’s goal for every client is simple: to create journeys that become lifelong core memories—the kind of experiences they’ll talk about for years to come.

Stephanie’s appreciation for travel was shaped through decades of experiencing the world both personally and professionally. During her fifteen-year career in entertainment publicity, she planned global press tours and complex international travel for high-touch clients, developing a deep understanding of logistics, discretion, and what it truly takes to create seamless, elevated experiences. Today, she applies that insider perspective to creating thoughtful itineraries around the world for her clients.

Stephanie grew up in a family of passionate travelers. As she entered a new season of life focused on family and balance, she founded her travel business and named it Arwin after her two sons, Arthur and Win. Arwin remains her daily reminder that travel is ultimately about connection, presence, and shared experience. Stephanie and her team specialize in highly personalized travel designed to feel effortless, thoughtful, and deeply rooted in each place visited. As a mother of two young boys, she believes time is the ultimate luxury, and she is passionate about designing itineraries that remove stress and create space for discovery, connection, and joy.

What has been your most memorable travel experience to date?

Africa is life-changing. It’s like nothing else you will experience. There’s something about being in a place that feels so wild and untouched that shifts your perspective immediately. Early morning game drives just after sunrise, spotting elephants crossing slowly in front of us, or lionesses with their cubs. In those moments, nothing else matters — no phones, no schedules, no distractions. Safari experiences stay with me because they remind me how powerful it is to just be present. Safari shows you that the most meaningful travel isn’t about doing more; it’s about feeling more. Everyone should experience it at least once in their life.

How do you prepare for your trips?

Be ready to embrace the journey. Sometimes things aren’t perfect—from weather to flight delays—but you will remember those stories as much as the things that were perfect, and laugh about them for years to come because it was an adventure shared together.
