Sophie at EDITION is the hotel's main restaurant, located on the fourteenth floor. Light-flooded and airy, the restaurant's interiors feature blonde oak and white stucco, complemented by lush greenery and green upholstery throughout the space. Changing menus pay homage to Japan's seasonal ingredients and culinary traditions, featuring local produce sourced from small regional farms. The restaurant offers a counter bar, plus two private dining rooms for more intimate group events.

The hotel features multiple bar concepts, but the standout is Punch Room, an intimate space inspired by nineteenth-century London private clubs. Japan's only punch-focused cocktail bar, it offers a distinctly Japanese spin on punch recipes originally found in 1600s, using local spirits and ingredients such as sake, Japanese tea, fruits, and spices from around the country. Its signature shareable punch cocktails are served in silver punch bowls with matched ladles, featuring unique combinations like the "Yuzu & Genmai" with Ie rum, Sake, Kyoto genmai tea, yuzu, ginger, citrus, and tonic.
