Which destinations or hotels do you go back to again and again? Why?

I love going back to Spain because no matter where I go, there’s always something new to explore—mountains to hike, beaches to wander, cities to get lost in. I love the language, the food, and the lively culture—it feels like a place where every day brings a little adventure and a lot of joy.

What does your perfect vacation day look like?

My perfect vacation day starts with a jump into the sea—there’s nothing better! After enjoying fresh, delicious food to fuel the day, I love spending hours outdoors, hiking, biking, or exploring new paths and villages. I savor a sunset with a breathtaking view, then collapse into a dreamy hotel bed, feeling grateful for every moment.

Testimonials

We are back and the trip was amazing! Not a single hiccup and everyone left happy. Both hotels in Venice and Florence were perfect, way better in person as far as layout. We ate like champs and walked for miles!! Thank you for all of your help with the trip.

Thank you. Everything was great. The hotels were all amazing. The hotel in Rome was so chic, the staff were amazing, and the decor was unique. It was a great first impression of Rome. My only regret is that we didn’t spend another day in Rome as you suggested. Florence was also great. The hotel was cool, and the service was amazing. Venice was magnificent, I’m glad I listened to you and decided to go. I would have even added a day or 2 more there. You were so helpful; I couldn’t have booked this trip without you.

The trip was fantastic! Thank you for all your help pulling it together. The hotels were great. We especially enjoyed the upgraded rooms in Lisbon and Porto. Dinners were great and the vineyards–and views–were absolutely incredible.

Our time in Costa Rica has been excellent! The hotel in Arenal was definitely the highlight. Thank you so much for that recommendation! It was truly a unique hotel and experience. The service was top-notch. Hard to go anywhere else after that! We loved ziplining and our tour guide for the hanging bridges and waterfall hike was excellent, so that was a good day too! We all agreed that we would definitely go back to Costa Rica again!

We have worked with Allison on three trips, and are planning on our fourth trip, with 3+ in the hopper for 2025/2026, because she's just that good. Allison is truly a professional; extremely thoughtful, detail oriented, always thinking about curating options to best suit your needs, and critically, extremely responsive. Having an experienced professional that really appreciates the need to optimize for everyone's comforts and preferences; making the best use of precious away time in order to create special experiences really requires laser focus and magic. Allison has saved us in critical planning, when for example, she realized that our small fur child could not stay alone in our initially chosen accommodations, and we were able to quickly pivot; and positions us for full optionality for the just in case scenario change of plans mitigation.. her recommendation for our recent stay at Grand Powers Paris was simply genius. Allison is a professional that truly stands out!!

Allison was phenomenal to work with! She was incredibly detailed in her planning, continually checking in and was always very quick to respond to any questions. She listened to what I was looking for and truly designed an unforgettable experience for my family and I that far exceeded our expectations. Our van driver commented several times that he had never seen a better itinerary in terms of the organization and providing a complete Napa experience!
