Gabriela’s passion for travel has always been rooted in discovering new destinations, experiencing different cultures, and finding the special details that make a journey unforgettable. Her love for travel naturally evolved into a career as a travel advisor, a role in which she turns her personal experiences and carefully gathered industry knowledge into thoughtfully designed trips for her clients. Hidden culinary gems, the most comfortable room categories, the excursion you’d never think to book without having had it recommended—this is the intel Gabriela shares with her clients. While she works on destinations around the globe, she particularly specializes in luxury honeymoons, milestone celebrations, family vacations, and once-in-a-lifetime adventures.

Gabriela’s personal travel style blends exceptional hotels, authentic local experiences, exemplary food, and time to truly enjoy each destination. This approach empowers her to make recommendations that feel personal and intentional, not one-size-fits-all. Gabriela knows “the perfect day” looks different for everyone, so she takes pride in getting to know her clients, understanding what matters most to them, and carefully handling the details behind the scenes to ensure she can surprise and delight.

What has been your most memorable travel experience to date?

One of my most memorable travel experiences was my honeymoon, an incredible journey through Croatia, Montenegro, Turkey, and Greece. We started by island-hopping through Croatia, spending our days exploring charming coastal towns, swimming in the Adriatic, enjoying long lunches by the water, and discovering each island’s beauty at a relaxed pace. From there, we continued to Montenegro, where the dramatic mountains, beautiful coastline, and charming seaside towns felt completely different from Croatia. We then traveled to Turkey, spending time in Istanbul and experiencing its incredible history, culture, cuisine, and beautiful Bosphorus views. One highlight of the trip was visiting Cappadocia and taking a sunrise hot-air balloon ride over its otherworldly landscapes; it was truly unforgettable. We ended our honeymoon in Santorini, slowing down and enjoying the spectacular views, sunsets, and romantic Aegean scenery.

How do you prepare for your trips?

My trip-planning process always starts with the traveler, not the destination. I take the time to get to know my clients—their travel style, interests, priorities, and what makes a trip feel special to them, so I can create an itinerary that feels uniquely theirs. From there, I dive into the destination, researching hotels, neighborhoods, restaurants, experiences, and logistics to bring their trip to life. I think about how each part of the journey flows together, from the itinerary’s pace to the small details that can make a big difference. I also draw on my own travel experiences and keep discovering new places so my recommendations feel personal and authentic. While I like to plan the important details thoughtfully, I always leave room for spontaneity and unexpected moments. My goal is to create a trip that feels effortless for my clients because I’ve already put thought and care into every detail behind the scenes.
