Jacqui met her first clients while on a European educational trip over 30 years ago and today, the couple remains firm clients and friends. Why do your clients book their air travel through you rather than online?

It comes down to having an intricate knowledge of planes; their unique seating configurations to take advantage of, plus all those nuanced airline rules with differing baggage allowances and check-in processes. Especially on multi-route trips with various airlines, my clients really appreciate being guided to the best possible option for them. Having flown extensively for several decades, I’ve come to learn the ins and outs of securing the premium seats many don’t know about, plus how to get special perks.

What’s the most consistent feedback your clients come home with after a trip?

Over the years, I’ve been lucky to develop firm relationships with most of the world’s leading luxury hotels, preferred partners, and membership clubs–which means I can pass on the value, premium upgrades, and often, “money-can’t-buy perks” to my clients. They always come home speaking about how they were VIP’d!

What do clients appreciate most from your bespoke itineraries?

It’s important to collaborate with your clients from the outset to understand exactly what they want from of their trip. Hyper-personalisation is important, and I aim to ensure the finer details match exactly what they’d expect. Through referral, I’m fortunate to now service some of Australia’s most discerning travellers, so tailor-made itineraries offering unparalleled experiences is essential.

  • Take a photograph of your luggage in case an airline misplaces your bags. It’ll make life much easier to show them a picture rather than trying to describe it in detail.
