Covering over 60 countries and counting, Kate is a true lover of travel and just getting started. While she calls Australia home, she spent six amazing years working in corporate law in London. During her time in the UK, she travelled extensively, even taking a year-long sabbatical to travel through Europe, Africa, South America, and South East Asia. This life-changing year abroad only heightened her passion for exploration, eventually leading to her next career move.

After nearly two decades in her corporate career, Kate decided to take the leap and pursue her true passion, travel.  Her love for inspiring others to explore new cultures and immerse themselves in the beauty of a new destination is her driving force. Kate prides herself on taking her client’s time very seriously, noting that time should be spent only on what matters most. Her true goal is to provide unforgettable and unique experiences that her clients are unlikely to forget.

What is your most memorable travel experience?

I remember trekking quite far to spend time with the mountain gorillas in Rwanda and having a 300kg silverback brush up against me as he led his family through the jungle. Words can’t describe the feeling of exhilaration–and slight terror–that comes with such a close encounter with these majestic creatures. It’s an experience I will never forget and am unlikely to have again.

Which destinations do you go back to again and again?

I have visited Italy on many occasions and it’s a destination that I will continue to return to time after time. I love everything about it–the people, language, culture, incredible food, crystal blue water, and la dolce vita lifestyle. It’s hard to choose a favorite destination, but Capri, Puglia, and Tropea are definite highlights!
