Lesley Cohen — founder of Lesley Cohen Travel Group — brings over a decade of experience in the travel, wedding, and event industries. Prior to her career in the travel space, she headed up her own wedding and event management and design company, LelyCo Events. The company specialized in weddings for clients in Washington, D.C. and destination weddings. Many of her weddings have been featured in magazines and blogs including Washingtonian Bride & Groom, The Knot DC, Brides Washington Magazines and Destination I Do Magazine. In 2012, she was named as one of Washington, DC’s Best Wedding Planners by Washingtonian Magazine and has also been honored with The Knot’s Best of Weddings and Best of Wedding’s Editor’s Pick awards and WeddingWire.com Couple’s Choice Awards.

Lesley holds a Master’s Degree in Tourism Administration with a concentration in Event & Meeting Management from George Washington University’s School of Business and received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida. She works with a wide range of discerning clientele, who love to explore the world and who value the experience of expertly planned travel. From members of the professional sports industry, Fortune 500 execs and corporate clients planning incentive travel, to families and honeymooners looking to make meaningful memories, all come to Lesley for a seamless travel experience. She lives in Tampa, Florida with her cute husband, munchkin-faced babies, and a dog that looks like a mop!
