With playful, yet sophisticated style, high attention to detail, and flawless organization, Meg beautifully combines her extensive corporate background with her genuine passion for travel to elevate your travel experience.
While Meg is now based in Atlanta, she wouldn’t be the adventurer she is today without having grown up in Baton Rouge. Southeast Louisiana taught her to seek out unique cultures, foods, and people, and her family showed her the importance of travel at a very young age. For her, travel is about embracing those small yet profound moments; its power is in its subtleties, the “lagniappe” as Cajuns say.
Following her early career in customer service and publishing, Meg spent nearly a decade in corporate travel and events. During this time, she learned to effectively manage every moving component of travel. Now in the luxury space, Meg shows her clients a whole new world of travel curated through her lens. She loves recommending boutique hotels with unique, local vibes. Whether it’s the smells of a Parisian parfumerie, the joyful sounds of Jamaica, the bold colors of Portugal’s Pena Palace, the tradition of Japanese culture, or the buzz of Florence’s Central Market, she is here to help travelers accrue up as many memorable moments as possible.
Meg craves off-the-beaten-path adventures and that feeling you get when you know you’re about to experience something that will change you. She feels just as much at home camping in the Smoky Mountains as she does at a five-star resort and spa. Her affiliation with SmartFlyer ensures that her clients are consistently privy to the most updated intel, provided preferential access to amenities, and prioritized as VIPs around the world. As for the rest? It’s those little things, those little moments, the lagniappe.
It’s all about balance, of course.
I tend to gravitate towards something more active in the morning–I love a yoga session, a surf lesson, or a volcano hike–before settling into a beautiful resort for dinner, drinks, music, and dancing the night away!
I’ve traveled fairly extensively across Europe and am lucky enough to have visited Asia twice, so I’m most looking forward to going somewhere in South America, a continent I have not had the pleasure of visiting yet! Machu Picchu, Patagonia, and Cartagena are at the top of my bucket list.
