Managing travel logistics for golfers on the road for more than twenty-eight weeks a year, she was able to hone her ability to craft seamless, high-touch experiences. In 2020, Olivia took a leap of faith and founded her own luxury concierge business, a venture fueled by her loyal community.. Olivia’s path eventually led her to SmartFlyer, where she continues to elevate her client’s travels.
