A native Texan with a global outlook, Reagan crafts immersive journeys that foster cultural connection and ignite curiosity.
As a child, traveling through Mexico with her family instilled her love for travel and all the enriching – and often humbling – lessons it has to offer. As a travel advisor, Reagan continues to extend that passion into her personal and professional life. She creates bespoke travels for family, friends, and clients to empower them to discover both fresh and well-loved destinations.
Reagan discovered the value of a travel advisor after planning her own trip with SmartFlyer as she drew up her dreamy elopement to the Amalfi Coast paired with her honeymoon through Tuscany and Rome. As a loyal client of over ten years, she has traveled across Europe, safaried in Botswana and Kenya, sailed through the Caribbean, and adventured through the islands and jungles of Southeast Asia.
After a decade-long career of managing an array of projects at Google across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, Reagan decided to pivot her career to be on the other side of the travel planning desk. It’s with this first-hand understanding of the client experience — knowing how much all of the small details amount to the feeling of being completely at ease while traveling — that she helps plan her clients’ travels today.
Mexico and Italy have a magnetic pull on me – I can’t seem to stay away! Mexico is such an easy travel destination for Texans. I have been fortunate enough to have family living in San Miguel de Allende for most of my life, but I also enjoy exploring the Riviera Maya and many other places in the country. Mexico has so much to offer culturally and I adore the food and people.
Italy is just the most romantic and wonderful place I have ever been, and I can’t seem to get enough of it. I might be biased because I got married there, but the country is so full of history and culture that it makes you feel as though you’ve stepped back in time. Walking arm-in-arm with my husband through the streets of Rome after dark, with beautifully lit ancient structures, feels like a scene out of an old film. Whenever I am on the Amalfi Coast, you will find me staying at Casa Angelina, my little slice of heaven.
I am really excited about my upcoming trip to the Philippines. Being in or near water makes me happiest, so I can’t wait to go scuba diving in the crystal clear blue waters and take in the beauty of the exotic landscape. And let’s not forget about the food! I’m looking forward to trying some traditional dishes like Ukoy and Kare-Kare.
Keep up with the places that deserve more than a bookmark, but a check-in.
