Born and raised in Texas, Sarah grew up in Houston and has lived in Austin since 2012. After a successful career in advertising, she began her journey with SmartFlyer in 2017. Since then, she has planned trips all over the world for her clients.
Sarah is constantly traveling and researching destinations to recommend to her clients. Over the last six years, she has fostered relationships with hoteliers and suppliers globally. These lasting connections, her dedication to clients, and her attention to detail enable her to plan seamless travel experiences.
She focuses on tailoring her travel planning to her clients’ needs. Sarah understands that travel planning can be overwhelming on top of an already demanding life. As a travel advisor, she takes over the planning process, personalizing each itinerary to the individual traveler. Whether her clients are looking for a bucket-list trip to Kenya to witness the Great Migration, experiencing the glitz and glamour of the Amalfi Coast, or enjoying a quick long weekend in the Caribbean, Sarah is eager to help plan their journey.
In 2021, I had the opportunity to visit Kenya and fell completely in love with the destination. As an animal and nature lover, there is nothing quite like being halfway across the world experiencing a safari. While staying at Angama Mara in the Masai Mara, I was fortunate enough to witness one of the first river crossings of the Great Migration. Seeing nature unfold right in front of my eyes with no one else around is an experience I will never forget.
Living in Texas, I grew up visiting Mexico every year. I love the beach and make it a point to go to the Riviera Maya area at least once a year for a beach vacation. However, I also enjoy exploring the interior, with favorites like Mexico City and San Miguel de Allende. Next up on my list is Oaxaca.
