What does your perfect vacation day look like?

Sampling regional fare is essential during my perfect vacation day. I love trying dishes from street food vendors, charming cafes, and top restaurants, taking the opportunity to immerse myself in the unique flavors and culinary traditions of each destination. Whether it’s a hearty breakfast, a leisurely lunch, or an indulgent dinner, each meal provides an opportunity to connect with the local flavors. I always leave time for spontaneous adventures, as those unplanned moments often become the highlights of my trips. I encourage my clients to embrace the unexpected and keep an open mind—you never know when magic will find you.

Which destinations are you looking forward to visiting? Why?

My “Wanderlist” is never-ending; I live by the motto, “I haven’t been everywhere yet, but it’s on my list.” Right now, I’m eager to visit the bustling souks of Morocco, explore the drastic landscapes of Patagonia in Chile, and indulge in the culinary delights of Tuscany. I could easily add another ten items to this list—my appetite for discovering new places is insatiable and each new experience inspires my next adventure.
