From being a former legal advocate to a now self-proclaimed “travel advocate,” Tiffany makes sure her clients experience their luxury vacation to the maximum potential.
In her personal life, Tiffany has been fortunate to travel, starting at the young age of 3, all around the globe. After 17 years as an environmental attorney, countless business trips and numerous luxurious trips as the “client,” Tiffany founded Repose to bring her clients unparalleled vacation experiences.
Tiffany often heard from her professional colleagues and friends that finding a travel advisor who understands the demands of executives, lawyers, financiers, or anyone in a demanding profession was hard to come by. She became their unofficial “travel advisor” because she loved travel so much. Then, one day, she realized why not turn her passion into a full fledged business? From there, Repose was born and Tiffany hasn’t looked back.
I traveled a lot with my family as a child. However, one trip in particular will always be one of my favorites. I had just completed my first year of law school and my parents took me to Europe for the first time. My older sister decided to stay home because she didn’t want to fly for 12 hours. So, it was just my parents and I, and we had the best time! Not only did I get to experience flying first class on an international flight, but my parents took me all through Europe including visits to Italy, France, Spain, Turkey, and Monaco. I fell in love with Europe and when I got married a few years later, knew it was where I wanted to spend my honeymoon. I have been back to Europe, and aim to go back as often as possible, but I will never forget the first trip with my mom and dad and the laughs we shared along the way.
Maui is my go-to, particularly the Four Seasons in Wailea. When my older child was almost two, I knew I wanted to start traveling with him as my parents did with me. Since it would be his first flight, (and coming from Los Angeles), we chose Maui. My husband had never been to Hawaii and I hadn’t been back in many years. We stayed at the Four Seasons in Wailea and it was just magical.
Anyone who travels with young kids will tell you that it isn’t easy. But, the Four Seasons on Maui is one of the best in catering to families. They have everything from full-sized cribs with beautiful bedding to diaper pails to swim diapers to strollers ready for you. You don’t need to pack the house to get there. It was such a great experience that we have been back every year since then for the last seven years. My two children refer to it as “Home Hawaii” because we have such a sense of peace and calmness when we are there. Plus, Maui sunsets are some of the best in the world.
When flying with kids, reserve the bulk head row so you have extra space and do not have to worry about the kids kicking the seats in front of you.
