Accommodations

An adventure in a luxury camping setting.

A safari camp of just ten tented suites, Aman-i-Khás combines back-to-nature simplicity with the bygone allure of lavish Mughal hunting parties. Sheltered by soaring canvas ceilings, the tents include living, sleeping and bathing areas, with king-size beds and sunken baths, divided, Mughal-style, by cool cotton drapes.
Pool + Fitness

Traditional design.

A heated step-well pool is available to guests. It's positioned within the trees and takes its design cues from traditional bawadis – irrigation wells. Square shaped, with concentric steps converging on a plunge pool, Aman-i-Khás’s version is clad in sandstone and surrounded by paving and loungers, with most of the materials for construction sourced from the local community.

A complimentary yoga class takes place daily at 9am, at a spot opposite the lake. Private sessions can also be arranged (in camp and at offsite locations between sunrise and sunset) at any time. Yoga dress is available on request.
Spa

Work away every tension.

The spa tent is typically open from 11am to 10pm. Treatments are varied and therapists’ healing hands will work away all tensions. Treatments can also be carried out inside guests' tents at no extra charge. Children are welcome at the spa, and therapists can offer very gentle massage, along with Mehindi or Henna art, which is very popular with little ones.
Restaurants

Dishes from the royal kitchens of Mughal emperors.

The dining tent serves Indian and western cuisine, flavored with home-grown herbs and spices from the organic garden. Cuisine celebrates the produce and heritage of the Rajasthan region – some dishes can be traced back to the royal kitchens of the Mughal emperors; others are simple family favorites from the homes of our chefs and staff members, passed down through generations and shared with guests at Aman-i-Khás. All mealtimes are very flexible and can be tailored to guests' requirements.
  • Bar
Aman-i-Khas signature cocktails take inspiration from regional stories and camp experiences. The Signature cocktails are Tiger's tale, Spirit of Laxmi and Cool Cucumber.
  • Who's it for?
Aman-i-Khas service is private and detailed and is great for both families and couples.
  • Location
The property is located on the fringes of Ranthambhore National Park, with the dramatic backdrop of the Aravalli Hills, in a region with a history that dates back a millennium.
