Kirana brings the flavors of the Indonesian archipelago to a tropical setting.
Named after the Sanskrit word for “ray of light,” Kirana celebrates the culinary traditions of the Indonesian archipelago through a menu rooted in local flavors. Balinese dishes sit alongside selections inspired by destinations across Indonesia, giving guests an opportunity to explore the country through its food. Indoor and outdoor seating makes the most of the tropical surroundings, while freshly prepared coffee, squeezed-to-order juices, and jamu, a traditional Indonesian herbal drink, carry the local perspective through the beverage menu. Together, the setting and cuisine create a dining experience closely connected to the resort’s sense of place.
Sulang takes its name from the word for “cheers,” setting an appropriately convivial tone for the resort’s bar. The cocktail menu spans locally crafted and imported spirits, using them across creative recipes and familiar classics finished with a contemporary twist. Arak, Bali’s traditional spirit, is a defining feature of the menu. Cocktails draw inspiration from local ingredients and the island’s tropical bounty, pairing them with spirits, liqueurs, and fresh fruit to create drinks rooted in the destination. A diverse selection of simple, flavorful light bites accompanies the cocktail menu.
