From elegant sushi menus to classical British fare.
Beaverbrook offers an array of restaurants around the estate. The Dining Room, located in The House, offers an elegant menu of sushi, sashimi, and nigiri plus fine cuts of meat and fish. The Garden House Restaurant is nestled behind the traditional walled kitchen garden, offering home-cooked dishes in a comfortable, nature-inspired setting. For classical British fare, Mrs Beeton's – named after the famous Victorian culinary goddess – is the place to be. This restaurant at The Village presents a wine list handpicked by the in-house Sommelier team. Lastly, The Coach House Deli serves salads, broths, and flatbreads in the daytime and turns into the hotel's beloved Pizzeria in the evenings, perfect for a group dinner.
Sir Frank’s Bar – named after Beaverbrook’s Creative Director Sir Frank Lowe – is adorned with over 350 Victorian botanical paintings, an extraordinary art-deco bar, and topaz-blue velvet stools. Featuring a menu of Japanese-inspired tacos and light bites, plus a generous selection of beverages, the bar offers panoramic views of the Surrey Hills. Enjoy sunsets from the bar's adjoining terrace with an iconic cocktail in hand; the Vesper Martini pays homage to James Bond, while Churchill’s Charge honors the fond memories of Lord Beaverbrook and Churchill in The House. For another pre-dinner cocktail option, The Robin’s Nest at The Garden House is a cozy spot complete with a fireplace.
