Built around a giant oak tree in an open courtyard, it is the perfect spot for a cool drink near the freshwater infinity pool or the outdoor bar. Borgo Santo Pietro's 'farm to plate' philosophy is very much celebrated here as well, with organically cultivated ingredients sourced from its farm including meat, fresh cheese and vegetables, free-range eggs, and in-house prosciutto.
