A heated outdoor pool, surrounded by the garden, has a poolside bar. The spa has an indoor pool, a sauna, and a gym.

The fitness room located inside the spa is equipped with treadmills, weights, and an elliptical trainer. The outside fitness area, up in the hills above Botania, has elliptical trainers and a sauna with views of the gardens below. Complimentary yoga is offered three times a week.
Spa

The Garden Spa offers relaxation pools to enjoy prior to treatments or just on their own. First step into the heated pool, then dive into the larger warm pool, which is full of targeting hydromassage jets. To conclude, enjoy a steam bath in the natural grotto and a sensory shower. There is a fitness room located in the spa building. Medicinal plants from the hotel's own organic garden are blended into essential oils and used for spa treatments.
Restaurant + Bar

Cuisine inspired by Ischia's gastronomic culture.

Botania features three restaurants. Il Corbezzolo offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while Il Mirto, the Michelin-starred vegetarian restaurant, utilizes fruits and vegetables from the organic garden to create literal masterpieces. Nonna Maries is located above the park and is an authentic Italian kitchen created for cooking classes, family-style lunches, and private dinners.

Bar La Grotta was originally a wine cellar for the estate. It is now the perfect gathering spot to enjoy music and drink at the end of the day. Onofrio, the head bartender, welcomes you with a beautiful smile and creates cocktails using plants and flowers from the gardens. He is always creating a new cocktail, depending on guest requests. Music is featured nightly.
