Mediterranean flavors infused with touches of the Middle East.
Crafted by Chef Adam Bentalha, the menu at Brach Madrid radiates conviviality and Mediterranean flavors infused with touches of the Middle East. The menu features delightful interpretations of traditional Spanish fare, and the vibrant tastes of these sun-kissed regions blend seamlessly with Spanish cuisine, which celebrates the joy of sharing.
Echoing the charm of Spanish village cafés, the cocktail bar showcases large bottles wrapped in woven straw, their shape reminiscent of the balloon bottles used to age Catalan wines like Rancio. Arranged above the counter with small taps, these bottles introduce a playful, rustic element to the drink service. This simplicity beautifully contrasts with the elegant mirrors, which reflect and enhance the sparkle of glassware, bottles, and your eyes.
