Accommodations

Quintessential Tuscan aesthetics.

Ten exclusive suites offer a fusion of quintessential Tuscan aesthetics carefully styled with furnishings and materials, working in harmony with the original medieval architecture. All ten suites are completely unique and have individual names and styles. Suites range in size from approximately sixty square meters to 140 square meters, with an average size of about 100 square meters. Vintage and design furnishings rub shoulders with contemporary artwork, Italian ceramics sit happily alongside antiques, and state-of-the-art lighting illuminates ornately carved timber and stone. The estate also offers a two-bedroom villa with a private pool, kitchen, garden, and rooftop terrace, bringing total occupancy on the estate up to a maximum of thirty guests. The castle is also a popular choice for exclusive hire and weddings.
Pool + Gym

Sweeping views of the estate's rolling hills.

There are two pools available to all guests, as well as a private pool at their Villa La Vedetta. The Infinity Pool, made with stunning Travertine, has sweeping views of the estate's rolling hills and a gorgeous wooden deck. The Olive Grove Pool, made with vibrant green marble from Tinos, Greece, is tucked away in the peaceful olive grove with views of the castle. The Olive Grove Pool is heated.
Restaurant + Bar

Serving traditional, organic, seasonal dishes.

Their restaurant for breakfast and lunch serves traditional, organic, seasonal dishes, from fresh salads and carpaccios to hearty pastas, followed by second courses such as fish, steak, or even their special wild boar club sandwich. La Terrazza, their dinner restaurant, takes a more elevated, fine dining spin on traditional Tuscan cuisine, continuing to showcase local, seasonal, organic products. They also have a small bites menu which is available all day at both pools.

The bar is romantic, welcoming, and set on the terrace with 360 views of the Tuscan rolling hills. Enjoy fine wines, sip on some bubbles, or try their Farman's signature cocktails which showcase local ingredients such as their homegrown rosemary and lavender, as well as the usual classics such as Negronis. They have many signature cocktails, one of our favorites being the "Mediterranean Sour": Gin Mare, bergamot liquor, elderflower cordial, fresh lemon juice, fresh basil from their gardens, and egg whites.
