An array of offerings, from Italian to Japanese dishes.
Plénitude is a gastronomic restaurant orchestrated by Chef Arnaud Donckele, awarded three MICHELIN stars. On the seventh floor, Le Tout-Paris—a Parisian contemporary brasserie awarded one MICHELIN star—is bathed in Parisian light and draws authentic inspiration from the traditional Art Deco bistro. Langosteria, the hotel's Italian signature restaurant with Mediterranean roots and Italian flair, offers a warm welcome and inspiration from around the world. On sunny days, the terraces embrace the Parisian skyline. On the ground floor, Hakuba offers gastronomic immersion into a ritualized Japan under the guidance of Chef Arnaud Donckele. It is the result of a collaboration with Chef Takuya Watanabe and a sweet conversation with Chef Maxime Frédéric.
The bar at Le Tout-Paris is the heartbeat of the hotel—a lively, cosmopolitan space that captures the spirit of a modern Parisian brasserie where Art Deco meets contemporary "Pop" culture. The terrace is the star here, offering a 180-degree panorama of the Seine, Pont Neuf, and the Eiffel Tower. It's known for its artisan Champagnes and a cocktail list that reimagines French classics, perfect for a high-energy sunset cocktail or a late-night drink.
Langosteria features a dedicated cocktail and wine bar area that is more intimate than its neighbor, Le Tout-Paris. Sophisticated, warm, and decidedly Italian, the décor uses deep wood tones and soft amber lighting to create a "Milanese chic" feel. The incredible wine cellar includes nearly 900 labels, focusing heavily on prestigious Italian (Super Tuscans, Piedmont) and French vintages. We love it for a quiet, upscale glass of wine or an aperitivo before a seafood feast.
