La Case, open for dinner, was inspired by the Cheval Blanc Art de Recevoir. Jean Imbert invites you to a culinary journey in the Caribbean. Caribbean fruits, chocolate from the surrounding islands, responsibly harvested fish, and meat seasoned with island spices form the delectable core of the menu. It's an experience of unparalleled enchantment and conviviality.

La Cabane, open for breakfast and lunch, was designed by Jacques Grange. Perfect for a relaxed meal in the Caribbean, it is located on the seaside with views of Flamands Bay. The gourmet and authentic menu features Caesar salad, the Flamands burger, classics, and novelties.

The White Bar & Tikki Bar at Cheval Blanc St-Barth offers a chic tropical ambiance with stunning ocean views. It features eight signature cocktails crafted by skilled mixologists, highlighting Caribbean flavors such as rum. Enjoy these beverages in an intimate setting, accompanied by a gentle sea breeze.
