"Les Vignes and Garden" is the Provencal restaurant, sourcing locavore produce such as grains and legumes while showcasing fruit and vegetables from the garden. Cipressa, the friendly poolside Italian restaurant, serves up brightly colored dishes straight out of Italy and Sicily. Pierre Marty invites you to share a bespoke experience at Coquillade's signature restaurant, Avelan, to delight your taste buds with thrilling seasonal fare. The menu features four or five courses with incredibly explosive harmonies. Within a glass palace where transparency and light reign supreme, the crystalware glints in the sunlight as you settle down to gaze out the sweeping bay windows at the Provencal hills rising up in the distance.
