Yellow Sea offers an à la carte Asian menu at dinner, with sushi rolls, sashimi, and more. At Amphiteátro, two concepts run side by side: Tesoro Mio for Italian antipasti, signature pizzas, and Mediterranean sharing plates in an intimate outdoor setting, and PITA Canteen for Greek pita wraps with souvlaki. Exclusive to Cool Living Selection guests, Greco Levante's The Griglia rounds out the offering with Nikkei Peruvian cuisine, grilled burgers, high-end cocktails, and sea views throughout the day. For drinks, there are four bars that together cover everything from morning to midnight.
