Chef Piergiorgio Alecci leads the culinary program at La Cucina di Donna Carmela, where ingredients sourced from the property's gardens inspire a menu rooted in Sicily's seasonal flavors and culinary traditions. Guests can choose between traditional Sicilian specialties and more contemporary interpretations of regional cuisine, all complemented by an impressive wine collection displayed in a striking glass cellar. A second restaurant is expected to open in 2027.
For sunset aperitifs, Rizo Bar overlooks the sea and surrounding gardens. Cocktails are crafted with aromatic herbs grown on-site, creating drinks that reflect the flavors and character of Sicily.
