It’s hard to choose between the city view rooms or endless ocean vistas, but the higher than normal ceiling heights and floor to ceiling glass windows makes any room, the perfect room. A Corner room with wrap around balconies leaves one breathless as the neutral shading of the rooms elevates your eye to the jewels of this property – the views. So pick between the twinkling of the nighttime city skyline or the dreamy daytime hues of ocean blues. Each room is designed by Joseph Dirand who has incorporated the most extraordinary marbles, fabrics, and thoughtful furniture design ensuring quiet and peacefulness. Technology of 65 inch televisions with multi-speakers throughout the room/bathroom, ipads and privacy elements abound. Bathrobes provided for adults and children (upon request). This oceanfront property currently has three pools, including adult only and family pool. Cabanas and double bedded loungers are scattered throughout the pool area. Southern Italian cuisine has been imported from Positano, as Le Sirenuse has chosen Four Seasons Surfside to open its first international location. Chef Antonio Mermolia has created a menu that will delight all the senses. The friendly but professional service was flawless, unencumbered and fluid like a dance. Absolutely amazing array of techniques do not hinder the purity of flavors and textures. Highlights were the medallions of lobster, mozzarella gelato, and baby lamb chops. The selection of amuse-bouches will keep you entertained throughout the meal service. This meal can change your life.
Le Sirenuse Champagne Bar is always busy and an abbreviated menu from the main kitchen is provided. The mixologists are so imaginative and entertaining.
Four Seasons’ Kids for All Seasons shines on this property as they have created a vast interior space for the littlest kids to the newest technological gaming systems for the teens. Highly trained staff will ensure the best quality of activities including environmental, nature walks and activities. Baby sitting services are available. Room amenities includes kid size robes, rollaways and even kid friend bathing products. There is a family pool on property and children menus at all venues.
